Immunizations

Kindergarten–Grade 12 Immunization Requirements Per NRS 439.550, specific immunizations are required before enrolling in a public school in the state of Nevada. Detailed information about these requirements can be found in the K–12 Clark County School District Health Services Department Quick Immunization Reference Guide 2026–2027 School Year.  

In accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 439.550, a child may not be enrolled in a public school within the State of Nevada unless a parent/guardian submits to the Board of School Trustees of the school district in which the child resides, a certificate stating that the child has been immunized and has received proper boosters for that immunization or is complying with the schedules established pursuant to NRS 439.550.
